| Upgraded Bulletin Board from 6.05 to 6.2.1 |

In the effort for the most efficient bulletin board, we've upgraded the engine from version 6.05 to version 6.2.1. While this upgrade might seem transparent to most users, the upgrade does increase bulletin board speed, as well as add more administrative features.
